- Obsession with Images
The Spanish gypsy whose obsession with images reflect pathos, tragedy and direct physical expressive force as elements in his painting. The contrasts of light and shade, the reference to surrealist images that good Spanish artists are unable to resist and the depth of flamenco are all apparent in these works.
